WebSep 17, 2024 · Since this morning, the send button has been greyed out when I try to forward a message or compose a new one. The send button does work for replies though. I've already restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook. WebApr 29, 2024 · The Send button stays greyed out even once recipients are entered. If I reply to an email, the Send button starts & stays greyed out, and the Write: (no subject) message appears at the top as though it was a new message. If I edit the subject line, it then changes to the correct Write: Re: message.
