WebI always rent a car with Firefly. I always rent a car with Firefly. They have a good price/quality balance, good car models selection, cars are above the standard version, they don't push for insurances. Also friendly and helpful staff. Can highly recommend them. Date of experience: 10 February 2024. WebLate in the evening they finally answered but had no solution. Car could be towed and we were told to take a taxi to where we rented the car. That was a single drive of 300 km, firefly would pay for 100€ of costs not nearly enough. Other rental car from the neighbourhood was not possible So support is non existing.
